In this exciting opportunity, the **Brand Manager **will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of the strategic marketing plan to drive sales and traffic to our stores/site and ensure that our marketing plans deliver on our key marketing imperatives while further strengthening our leadership position. **Job Description**:
Can you?
- Assist in the development of our annual marketing calendar and bring all event marketing to life across digital and traditional channels
- Make proactive recommendations for new initiatives that will help foster sleep wellness and establish our sleep expertise and credibility
- Measure post campaign results and develop recommendations to improve and advance future initiatives. This includes looking at quarterly brand health results, market trends and research findings to gleam key insights that will drive success.
- Lead projects and participate in the development of brand activation plans that inspire new reasons to shop and marketing plans that drive meaningful connections with consumers and brand loyalty.
- Ensure effective and efficient delivery of marketing campaigns that are both on-time and within budget
- Work closely with our in-house and external agency partners to plan and execute integrated marketing programs across multiple media channels and touch points
- Lead the activation of all event marketing and promotions as well as partnerships that support Sleep Country/Dormez-vous brands including marketplace partners
- Collaborate across many functions to help support, recommend and develop marketing plans that will drive traffic and sales to our stores/sites
- Adhoc projects as required
**Qualifications**:
**Do you have?**
- A University/College degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce or related discipline
- At least 7-10 years of marketing experience in the areas of both digital and social media
- Excellent interpersonal, project management, negotiation, strategic and analytical thinking, problem-solving, presentation, relationship building, and communication skills
- Proficient skills in PowerPoint and Excel

- Detail oriented, highly organized and able to prioritize multiple projects in fast pace work environment with changing priorities and strict deadlines
- A team player, able to influence, build relationships and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to gain alignment
- Digitally savvy and up to date on current social and digital trends
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset
