  • Brand Strategy: Translate divisional strategies into brand strategies, developing objectives and plans to drive growth in assigned portfolios.
  • Campaign/Program Strategy: Develop campaign and program-level strategies, working with marketing leaders to define key metrics and objectives.
  • Campaign Planning, Development & Execution: Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, aligning with annual plan objectives and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Campaign/Brand Reporting & Learning: Identify clear program KPIs, lead program reporting and assessment, and conduct post-mortem analysis to inform future program development.
  • People Leadership: Manage team performance, providing mentorship and professional development to ensure marketing portfolio and campaign objectives are met.
  • Innovation: Collaborate with partners to incorporate innovative marketing strategies across paid, earned, and owned channels.
  • Financial Performance: Ensure marketing budget is managed in accordance with best practices.
  • Annual Planning: Support leadership in the development of annual marketing plans.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience in a brand manager role, managing marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing practices.
  • Marketing communication and brand strategy expertise.
  • Ability to develop marketing insights from data and analytics.
  • Experience with budget management and project management.
  • People management skills.
