Senior Brand Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Marketing Manager to join our team at Loblaw Companies Ltd - Head Office. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our brand and category initiatives through effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Brand Strategy: Develop and execute brand strategies that align with our company's overall marketing objectives, including translating divisional strategies into brand strategies at the category or campaign level.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns for brand and category initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure they are equipped to drive marketing excellence.
- Financial Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring it is managed in accordance with best practices and aligned with business objectives.
- Annual Planning: Support leadership in the development of annual marketing plans, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in brand marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing strategies, tactics, and metrics.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure they are equipped to drive marketing excellence.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, including financial management and budgeting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate marketing strategies and plans to stakeholders.
