**About the Role**:Yesco is currently recruiting for a Full Time regional Scheduler to join our team. This is a dynamic, fast paced, position and requires someone who is extremely organized, dedicated to exemplary customer services and has a great eye for detail. The scheduler is responsible for resource coordination and strategic scheduling for the Southwestern Ontario region and plays an important role in working with the Sales Team and Project Managers to ensure customer service needs are met efficiently and in a timely manner. This role requires efficient administrative duties to document project details to allow for accurate billing, purchasing, estimates etc. The scheduler will ensure optimum inventory levels of repair parts and supplies, through effective purchasing and storage programs, in order to keep service vehicles running in a smooth and orderly fashion.

**Primary Mission**:
This role is accountable for the daily planning and efficient management of the Service technician and Installer resources. Through regular communication with our operational team members, customers and the planning system, you will ensure balanced, safe, and cost-effective schedules to meet the technician goals and targets.
- Attend WIP meetings to keep updated on production and provide updates and completion timelines to PMs and customers
- Schedule Installation crews in a profitable manner using proprietary software
- Schedule fleet repairs and preventative maintenance as required.
- Purchase material to be used on jobs - standard stock

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
