**L'opportunité**

Nous recherchons une personne proactive et soucieuse du détail pour rejoindre notre équipe en tant que coordinateur ASN et étiquettes. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la saisie des données pour créer et imprimer les étiquettes de boîtes MH-10 pour le traitement des expéditions de commandes et pour créer/envoyer les ASN.

Vos principales tâches consisteront à saisir les confirmations de prélèvement dans les portails Web, à délivrer des étiquettes et à envoyer des ASN, à assurer la coordination avec nos entrepôts internes et 3PL pour une exécution sans faille des commandes, et à fournir un soutien à l'entrepôt et au département du service à la clientèle si nécessaire.

**Responsabilités**
- Traitement des étiquettes : Saisir avec précision les confirmations de prélèvement dans nos systèmes et veiller à ce qu'elles soient traitées dans les délais impartis.
- Impression d'étiquettes : Générer des étiquettes d'expédition (imprimées ou via PDF)
- Coordination des entrepôts: Coordonner étroitement avec nos entrepôts internes et 3PL, y compris l'envoi de bordereaux d'expédition et d'étiquettes, et résoudre tout problème lié à la commande.
- Créer et envoyer des 810's si nécessaire.
- Soutenir l'entrepôt et le service à la clientèle en effectuant diverses tâches afin d'assurer la satisfaction des clients.

**Qualifications**
- Vous avez l'habitude de travailler avec des grands comptes (par exemple Costco) et de comprendre leurs besoins spécifiques en matière d'EDI.
- Une expérience de l'utilisation de SPS Commerce ou EDI Gateway est fortement souhaitée.
- Maîtrise de l'utilisation de Netsuite ou d'un logiciel ERP similaire basé sur le web.
- Un grand souci du détail et une capacité à maintenir la précision dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
- Capacité à travailler en anglais et en français.
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois, à les classer par ordre de priorité et à respecter les délais.

- **ASN and Label Coordinator**

**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as our ASN and Label Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for data entry to create and print MH-10 Box Labels for order shipment processing and creating/sending ASN’s.

Your primary tasks will include entering Picking Confirmations in web-based portals, Issuing Labels & Sending ASNs, coordinating with our in-house and 3PL warehouses for seamless order fulfillment, and providing support to the warehouse and customer service department as needed.

**Responsibilities**
- Label Processing: Accurately enter picking confirmations into our systems and ensure timely processing
- Label Printing: Generate shipping labels (printed or via PDF)
- Warehouse Coordination: Coordinate closely with our in-house and 3PL warehouses, including sending packing slips and Labels, resolving any order-related issues.
- Create and send 810’s as required
- Support Warehouse and Customer Service with various tasks to ensure Customer Satisfaction

**Qualifications**
- Familiarity working with major accounts (i.e. Costco) and understanding their specific EDI requirements.
- Experience using SPS Commerce or EDI Gateway is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using Netsuite or similar web-based ERP software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in both English and French
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines consistently
