**Your daily role**:
Reporting to the Director of Labeling, the position holder participates in the various activities of labeling finished products, supervising employees and managing inventory. He is responsible for coordinating labeling activities for the St-Césaire factory. He ensures compliance with labeling objectives and achievement of performance indicators.
- Issue and transmit labeling reports to the people concerned on a daily basis;
- Is responsible for the health and safety of employees under his supervision, ensuring that the equipment used and the work methods adopted comply with the programs and policies in force;
- Ensures the achievement of objectives according to the established budget;
- Participates in the development and implements working methods to meet labeling deadlines;
- Exercises a role as an expert advisor in his sector and acts as a coach to the department's foremen;
- Ensures the monitoring of raw materials (inventory, quality, choice of batches, stock, customer);
- Ensures compliance with the factory's quality and food safety standards;
- Plans the workforce necessary for the smooth running of operations;
- Ensures a good social climate, mobilizes your team and encourages the commitment of your employees;
- Plans, if necessary, the batches and formats to be labeled according to the orders received;
- Will be called upon to replace the labeling director, if necessary, in daily tasks;
**Your profile**
- **Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar position;**:

- ** Good knowledge of Office Suite software, mainly Excel and Google environment;**:
