People Strategy

Perform analyses to improve our strategic people plans and inform our people objectives

Build various executive People presentations (quarterly management updates, webcasts, People Day)

Connect with different stakeholders to gather and analyse people data

HR Business Partners Support

Support our HR team to develop and implement plans and tools for their business unit

Analyze and update the sectors’ HR performance indicators and provide recommendations

Employee Experience

Support the strategy and execution of our Employee Experience connection program, to enable more human connections at BRP

Share your plan and learnings of the Employee Experience program with other sectors / regions to deploy globally

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE HR STRATEGIC ADVISOR MIGHT LOOK LIKE THIS:
You start your day by reviewing the upcoming governances for the week with the team

You participate in a People session with the HRBP where you share the latest HR performance indicators

Already mid day You make sure everything is set for the new Ask Me Anything session planned in the office

Then some focus time, you spend time analyzing people data to prepare an upcoming People presentation. It’s one thing to look at the data, but you’re going over the numbers to try and find the story behind these numbers.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or HR

2-3 years of experience in Marketing, HR and/or project coordination

Excellent skills in Google suite, Excel and Powerpoint

Fluent in English and French (oral and written)

Great analytical skills and ability to translate data into a convincing story

Organized, methodical and able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
