About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Compensation Advisor to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing global remuneration policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the development and implementation of comprehensive remuneration policies and programs to ensure sound governance and compliance.
  • Provide expert advice to HR Business Partners and management on global remuneration matters, including compensation planning, salary administration, and benefits management.
  • Manage the annual salary review process, including data analysis, market research, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Conduct cost analyses and financial modeling to ensure the effectiveness of remuneration programs.
  • Participate in compensation surveys and market research to determine the company's competitive position.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality presentations and reports to management, HR stakeholders, and employees.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop communication materials and training programs related to remuneration.
  • Monitor and analyze global remuneration trends and best practices to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a strong background in global remuneration.
  • Proven expertise in compensation design, implementation, and management, including salary structures, variable pay plans, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience with integrated HR systems, including SAP/SuccessFactors.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Bilingual in French and English, both written and verbal.
