General Assistant for Sales Office

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Welcoming and assisting customers coming into the showroom
- Provide support and product information to customers, ensuring a thorough understanding of our offerings.
- Receiving product delivered to location, notifying customers when orders arrive.
- Maintaining Showroom displays and inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces and common areas.
- Assist the Account Managers ias needed with outsourcing product, entering orders and quotes.
- Fundy uses a computer program specially created for our Embroidery & Screenprint industry. Applicants will be expected to learn how to enter orders in this program accurately and efficiently. Training is provided, experience in other order or accounting programs would be an advantage.
**Qualifications**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, outlook) is preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with customer service is a plus.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential.
- Ability to learn and utilize new computer program skills quickly.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients and co-workers.
