**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented S**ales Assistant** to join our team. The **Sales Assistant** will provide support to the sales team and assist in achieving sales goals. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and wants to develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in generating leads and identifying new business opportunities
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and potential areas for growth
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues
- Support the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers
- Assist with the coordination of sales events, trade shows, and conferences
- Help maintain inventory levels and track product availability
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in a customer service or sales support role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
