Velour Laser is a multidisciplinary and innovative practice seeking an outgoing, driven, passionate Front Desk Receptionist to join our team located in Mississauga. We strive to provide the highest level of customer experience. As the face of the clinic, it is imperative to ensure our patients truly feel welcome and apart of the community we are establishing within Velour Laser.

**Responsibilities**:

- Book appointments for clients upon the conclusion of treatment
- Closing out transactions upon the conclusion of treatment
- Call to confirm client appointments for the following day
- Meet and exceed patient expectations by anticipating the services they might require;
- Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic throughout the duration of the shift with periodic checks; This will include bringing home towels to wash.
- Upsell products and services
- Work with the Co-Owners on various projects (i.e., social media campaigns, giveaways, events)

Excellent communication skills - The receptionist should be able to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management. They should be polite, friendly, and professional in their interactions with everyone.

Customer service experience - The receptionist should have experience dealing with customers and be able to provide a high level of customer service. They should be able to handle complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.

Ability to multitask - The receptionist should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting customers when they arrive at the salon.

Strong organizational skills - The receptionist should be organized and detail-oriented. They should be able to keep track of appointments, client information, and other important details.

Knowledge of salon services and products - The receptionist should have knowledge of salon services and products and be able to answer questions from clients about them.
- 2+ years’ front desk experience (within the aesthetic field is an asset);
- 1+ years’ customer service experience required;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task

**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
