You will be working alongside Stylists, Estheticians, Assistants and fellow Receptionists while following all company policies and procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Keyholder duties, including opening and closing procedures.
- Cash handling and cashier duties.
- Provide excellent customer service including concierge duties for guests.
- Answer incoming calls and assisting their needs & inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception, retail & salon area.
- Provide general administrative support to staff members.
- Provide basic information about the company services to clients and callers.
- Scheduling client appointments for staff members.
- Overseeing daily safety and sanitization checklists.
- Understanding Milano Software is a bonus.

Applicants MUST have:

- Previous customer service and/or administrative experience.
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Understanding of social media platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour
