Full Time Video Producer

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage a production schedule, running logistics, and coordinating with build team members to meet project deadlines.
- Assist in planning, and execution of video content for our YouTube channel.
- Oversee mainly the **pre-production stage** of our content ensuring our high-quality threshold is delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with content creators, and post production team to ensure deadlines are met
- Regularly analyze production process and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our video production process.
- Potential for casting of contestants for larger competitions
- We have a vehicle, supply shopping, venue scouting etc. may be required depending on the video requirements.

Qualifications:

- **Look up "JustDustin" on YouTube and see the level of video production and types of videos we make. We have a build team etc. but think about what organization would be required to produce a video of that caliber.**:

- Love video pre-production and have an understanding of the YouTube landscape.
- Be willing to learn and obsess over improvement
- Experience in video production, preferably within the YouTube space.
- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong desire to improve knowledge of YouTube platform
- Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills. Be able to be the "figure it out person". Many of our videos are things that have never been done before and require critical thinking and problem resolution.
- Have a drivers license

To Apply:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $22.50-$27.50 per hour
