We are currently seeking a full time Lead Dental Administrator/Treatment Coordinator to join our management team who can go the extra mile for our patients despite the fast paced environment. We build relationships with our patients and treat them with the utmost of respect. We have passion, positive attitudes and our core values are exhibited to our team mates and our patients.

**MUST HAVE DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE**

Hours are as follows:

- Monday 745-5
- Tuesday 930-615
- Wednesday745-5
- Thurs 930-6
- Friday 745-4

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Schedule and confirm appointments for dental treatments
- Assist with insurance verification and claims processing
- Provide administrative support to the dental team, including managing phone systems and handling patient inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:

- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus
- Proficiency using AbelDent
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
