Supply Chain Controller

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Supply chain management for all input products that go into creating BOLD Consumer Packaged Goods
- Oversee the procurement process, including negotiations with suppliers and service providers, ensuring proper supply inventory is maintained
- In depth ERP system knowledge (Evora, Dynamics 365, NetSuite)
- Continue to develop and integrate ERP system
- Warehouse management and organization
- Assist with the implementation of new product launches and procure required packaging
- Oversee internal product demand planning
- Continuously monitor and measure supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Maintain extensive knowledge of BOLD products
- Create and assess the company’s planning, forecasting, and replenishment strategies
- Manage logistics and distribution of product
- Assist with Continuous Improvement projects, including evaluation of current processes and procedures
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Assist in building a highly collaborative supply chain team
- Participate in meetings and on-site training as required
- Other duties as required
**Qualifications and Expectations**:
- 2+ years’ experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Management (cannabis or CPG experience is an asset)
- Experience with ERP software is required
- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Solid team player who promotes a culture of professionalism, integrity, quality, and teamwork
- Must demonstrate initiative and be detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Drivers license or reliable form of transportation
**Work Conditions**
- Monday to Friday, 8 hour shifts during the day
- Some evening and weekends as required
