Lone Wolf Technologies is a leader in the residential real estate sector, specializing in developing innovative solutions to streamline real estate transactions. We are dedicated to enhancing the experience of buying and selling properties through advanced technology.
**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Product Manager overseeing product management of our internal product focused on ingesting and normalizing data from various Multiple Listing Services (MLSs). This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and effective management of our technical processes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- As a product manager, you will oversee the enhancement of our internal product for data ingestion and normalization.
- Collaborate with engineering and other product teams to define product requirements and roadmaps.
- You will bridge the gap between what we need from a product perspective and what we need to accomplish technically. You will effectively communicate with our software engineers because you likely coded at some point yourself.
- Manage the product lifecycle, including planning, development, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product goals and progress.
- Implement best practices in data management and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in technical data management or product management.
- A background in software development or coding is highly desirable.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
