**Are you ready to lead key areas within the Office of the Registrar, driving strategic plans, ensuring high-quality services, and championing equity and diversity?**

We are seeking a dynamic Associate Registrar, entrusted with optimizing student financials and records, government reporting, and student systems, as well as providing support to other areas within the Registrar’s Office. Reporting to the Deputy Registrar, they will oversee two core teams: Systems and Records, responsible for managing student finances, government reporting, system support, student records, and batch management. This role presents an exciting opportunity to shape system functionality and departmental decisions, driving operational efficiency and enhancing the student experience through partnerships with academic departments and government agencies. In this position, the incumbent will have the opportunity to navigate government reporting intricacies, master cutting-edge technology, drive team progression, and ignite innovative thinking.

- Lead office management strategies, innovative policies, and budgets to enhance student experience and operational efficiency.
- Foster collaboration and cultivate partnerships for enhanced service delivery and efficiency.
- Provide expert guidance on escalated issues, reviewing special cases thoroughly, and taking decisive action to address concerns effectively.
- Establish strategic goals and operational objectives to support Seneca and departmental plans.
- Lead team training, support, and coaching, fostering growth and seamless personnel coordination while advocating for student equity and needs.
- Ensure the implementation of quality assurance processes to uphold high service standards and ensure institutional compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Lead Student Information System related maintenance, enhancements, and upgrades from the Registrar’s Office perspective while collaborating with numerous stakeholders across the institution.

**Are You Our Ideal Associate Registrar?**

Step into this role with a minimum of 7 years of experience in office management, preferably within a Registrar’s Office or the post-secondary sector. Experience with Student Information Systems (SIS) is an asset. Highlight your expertise with financial reporting systems, government reporting, and ministry policy compliance as well as systems development life cycles, and business process and data analysis. Showcase your skills in policy development, budget management, collaboration, issue resolution, departmental coordination, goal setting, team leadership, student support, quality assurance, and institutional compliance, driven by a student
- and people-centric approach. Additionally, possess a Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree in Higher Education, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Public Relations, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent combinations of training and experience will also be considered. Technical proficiency in PeopleSoft, Microsoft Suite, Excel, Tableau, and database management preferred.
