I am an established real estate agent seeking an Assistant to help me with my business on the back-end. They should be organized, creative and keen to take initative and have an interest in marketing and social media.

Responsibilities include:

- Assisting in running a smooth back office operation by providing excellent administrative support and client care.
- Loading new listings and sold properties to website.
- Collaborative planning and execution of marketing calendar (print/digital/social media); coordinate with office Marketing Department
- Manage/maintain website, database, MailChimp and CRM
- Scheduling property tours
- Formalizing, streamlining and implementing existing systems and processes.
- Compiling expense reports

This is to be a mainly virtual position with a weekly in-person meeting required to check in on tasks and priorities.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
