Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented and fashion forward individual to join our team as a Part-Time Front Desk Salon Coordinator. As the first point of contact for our salon, you will be responsible for providing exceptional and enthusiastic customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk/salon.

**MUST BE AVAILABLE SATURDAYS**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring a positive first impression of the salon.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon's booking system efficiently.
- Provide accurate information to clients regarding salon services, pricing, and availability.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring it is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Process client payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Assist stylists and technicians in coordinating client appointments, ensuring smooth transitions between services.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with salon staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients.
- Stay updated on salon services, promotions, and product offerings to effectively communicate with clients.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and inventory management, as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a salon or spa or fast paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in using computer software and salon management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and punctuality.
- Flexibility to work on Tuesdays, and Saturdays, with the potential for additional hours during peak periods.
- Knowledge of salon services, products, and industry trends is a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
