The Customer Service Coordinator is the main point of contact for the School Program, responsible for growing sales and providing customer support to all schools in the Program. This role is also responsible for the management of sponsorships and Special orders. Additionally, the Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for training, quality management and ongoing knowledge management of the Call Centre agents, as well as handling customer complaints and feedback through all social media channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and tabulate an updated list of possible schools to solicit.
- Answer all inquiries regarding the School Program.
- Coordinate and process all school orders.
- Review all sponsorship requests that come in via the Gabriel Pizza website; determine if the requestor’s needs would be the right fit for Gabriel Pizza; pass along only those requests that are determined to be the right fit and that would be attractive to the Gabriel Pizza Marketing/PR teams.
- Act as the customer service point of contact for all sponsorship/partnership agreements.
- Coordinate and process all contra/special price orders; track all remaining contra amounts.
- Perform regular call quality audits and report findings back to Call Centre management.
- Support supervisor and call center agents.
- Pull a variety of reports from different systems/CRM.

**Education**:

- College Diploma or University Degree (required)

**Qualifications**:

- 3 years of Customer Service experience, including large order processing, complaint management.
- Expert using technology (Microsoft Office suite)
- Excels in a collaborative Team environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
