DESCRIPTION

The Customer Insights Analyst is responsible for analyzing BRP’s feedback programs to help shape the Voice of the Customer strategy and optimize our operations. Our goal is to provide the best powersport customer experience out there and we need a passionate analyst to help make this happen.

We are looking for a bright individual who loves digging for insights, has a solid background in Customer Experience and technical experience with our VoC platform, Qualtrics. We need someone who takes on the responsibility of doing what needs to be done, has a positive attitude and rolls with changes.

**YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Analyze raw survey data from our different feedback programs and transform it into easily understandable insights and powerful stories

Support the execution of qualitative & quantitative projects (needs gathering, survey design, distribution, dashboard creation) with the help of our VoC tool, Qualtrics

Build insights reports that drill-down KPIs from our different customer feedback programs

Make strategic recommendations by conveying analysis results to multiple levels, including leadership, managers and peers, through visual presentations of quantitative and qualitative information

Identify continuous improvement opportunities to improve our Voice of Customer programs and solutions

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in a customer data analyst position

Demonstrated experience in analysis of both quantitative and qualitative sources while following Voice of Customer best practices

Technical experience with Qualtrics or similar VoC platforms

Willing to spread an innovative and collaborative culture mindset

Strong Excel competency and previous experience working with SQL, Power BI and Salesforce is a plus

The position is located in Montreal or Sherbrooke under a hybrid model.
