We're seeking an eCommerce Data and Insights Manager to join our Montreal team. In this role, you'll dive into the heart of eCommerce performance analysis, equipping us to make smarter decisions before they're even made. Be a pivotal part of our journey to enhance customer experiences, all while enjoying a vibrant working environment.

What You'll Do:

- Drive Digital Excellence
- Oversee personalization and A/B testing initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with HQ, fellow markets, and the Canadian Marketing/CRM teams to deliver key strategic objectives.

2. Be Ahead of the Curve:

- Keep a finger on the pulse of the eCommerce industry and competitive landscape.
- Unearth industry trends from reputable sources.
- Assess competitive moves' impact on our brand and operations.
- Develop and maintain crucial processes and reports.
- Share valuable competitive insights with internal stakeholders.

3. Maximize Online Performance:

- Leverage various models to analyze KPIs and provide market insights.
- Propose advanced KPIs to track eCommerce and digital activities.
- Utilize internal and third-party data to make informed business decisions.
- Conduct web analysis to shape our eChannel Strategy.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis with actionable recommendations for campaign enhancements.
- Ensure statistical relevance of local A/B hypotheses and tests.
- Oversee the implementation of tailored customer journeys to our websites & App.

4. Champion Web Analytics:

- Cultivate a data-driven mindset across digital stakeholders.
- Advocate for a culture of testing and experimentation.
- Share web analytics insights and recommendations both locally and globally.
- Contribute to Nespresso Canada's pioneering role in web analytics.

5. Develop and Lead Your Team:

- Manage a team of 3 analysts
- Train your team in analytics, BI and project management.
- Raise awareness of eCommerce through local initiatives and training.
- Ensure timely delivery of requested analyses and dashboards

**What will make you successful?**
- Bilingualism in English and French language skills are a requirement, as this position requires collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market and/or worldwide.
- 7-10 years in web data analysis & data modelling
- Experience in project management & team management
- Experience leveraging data visualisation tools (PowerBi/Tableau) to turn analysis into readily accessible insight to be reported in an easy way to understand by non-data expert population
- Proven ability to work with different sources of data (SQL, APIs, Bquery, flat files, etc...)
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics Premium, other web analytics tool) is a must
- Understanding of web architecture and technologies (HTML, JS) is an asset
