**Role Overview**:
Our Toronto office is currently recruiting for a Conflicts Administrator for a 1-year contract in our Accounting Department, reporting to the Associate General Counsel and Senior Manager, Revenue. This pivotal role involves providing top-notch support to lawyers, legal assistants, and Firm management. Your responsibilities include ensuring adherence to Firm policies, efficient new client onboarding, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
- Skillfully generating reports to identify potential client conflicts.
- Establishing and upholding confidentiality screens.
- Ensuring precision and completeness in client/matter records.
- Assisting with file opening processes ensuring compliance with firm policy and by-law
- Monitoring compliance with conflicts checking policies.
- Safeguarding adherence to Professional Conduct Rules and regulations.
- Facilitating seamless onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Addressing general inquiries with your expertise.
- A college diploma and/or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Familiarity with 3E, ELITE Enterprise, Aderant, WALLBUILDER and Refinitiv (a plus).
- Sharp critical thinking and attention to detail.
- A knack for multitasking, staying organized, and delivering accuracy.
- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to meet urgent requests with precision.
- Proficiency in working within deadlines.
- Independent and team-oriented work capabilities.

**Employment Type**: Full-Time (1-Year Contract)
