**Role Overview**:
We're seeking a Conflicts Administrator for our Toronto office's Accounting Department. Reporting to the General Counsel and Senior Manager, Revenue, this pivotal role involves providing top-notch support to lawyers, legal assistants, and Firm management. Your responsibilities include ensuring adherence to Firm policies, efficient new client onboarding, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
- Skillfully generate reports to identify potential client conflicts.
- Establish and uphold confidentiality screens.
- Ensure precision and completeness in client/matter records.
- Monitor compliance with conflicts checking policies.
- Safeguard adherence to Professional Conduct Rules and regulations.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Address general inquiries with your expertise.
- A college diploma and/or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Familiarity with 3E, ELITE Enterprise, Aderant, or WALLBUILDER (a plus).
- Sharp critical thinking and attention to detail.
- A knack for multitasking, staying organized, and delivering accuracy.
- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to meet urgent requests with precision.
- Proficiency in working within deadlines.
- Independent and team-oriented work capabilities.
