**Job Description**:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Operations Assistant to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
- As an Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing workflows and ensuring the smooth operation of our growing HVAC company..
- Working closely with the management team, you will streamline processes, optimize efficiency, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement efficient workflow systems and procedures.
- Manage and monitor project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Communicate with new and existing customers on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and cooperation.
- Assist in sourcing HVAC and electrical products, maintaining vendor relationships, and negotiating favorable terms.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records, including project documentation, vendor contracts, and customer information.
- Provide administrative support to the management team as required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the HVAC or Electrical industry, equipment sourcing, and electrical products is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and vendors.
- Proficiency in using project management and productivity tools.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when required.
