**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage front desk operations and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain electronic medical records accurately and securely
- Coordinate appointments and assist with patient inquiries
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Assist with billing and insurance verification processes
- Support staff with various office tasks to ensure smooth workflow
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in medical terminology and familiarity with dental receptionist duties
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems like Dentrix is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is advantageous

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
