**Position Summary**
- Horseshoe Resort is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Snow School Administration Supervisor to lead our Snow School's administrative operations. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring the smooth coordination of lesson bookings, instructor schedules, guest inquiries, and other critical Snow School activities. If you have a passion for winter sports and strong organizational skills, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and exciting environment.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Working with the Snow School Manager to coordinate, communicate and ensure successful execution of all snow school activities included in the 8 Week Programs-
- Build and maintain work schedules for all Snow School employees, ensuring coverage for all lessons and programs-
- Maintain all record keeping for employee availabilities and snow school certifications-
- Complete administrative and payroll functions for Snow School staff using Horseshoe issued programs and systems-
- Act as an on site supervisor of program operations-
- Monitor instructors’ performance and provide coaching as required-
- Report to and work with the Snow School Manager to monitor the quality of the lessons, the technical content of each lesson, and the overall process of the programs-
- Act as the parent/guardian liaison between school school guests and Horseshoe Resort-
- Work with the Snow School and Guest Services teams to address and resolve customer issues and complaints.-
- Supervise mid-week private and discover lessons**Qualifications**:
- Previous snow sport on-hill and administrative experience is an asset-
- Previous snow spot instructor experience is an asset-
- Previous experience in a customer service supervisory role-
- Previous program supervising experience-
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.-
- Ability to work outside in cold conditions.Possess strong leadership skills.-
- Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays-
