**Position Summary**:The Retail Attendant ensures customers have a positive shopping experience by offering assistance, answering questions, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized retail environment. This role involves active engagement with customers and supporting daily store operations.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product recommendations, answer questions about merchandise, and guide customers in their purchasing decisions.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions, handle returns/exchanges, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Replenish stock on shelves, maintain product displays, and assist with inventory counts.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout area.
- Stay updated on current promotions, sales, and product features.
- Work with fellow team members to ensure smooth store operations, assist in setting up displays, and complete assigned tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
