Toronto, Canada Bloor Park Physiotherapy Full time

Bloor Park Physiotherapy is looking for an energetic and experienced office administrator to provide a professional and positive impact when working with patients in our busy multi-disciplinary clinic.

Position Summary:
Job Responsibilities:

- Greet patients, answer phone, schedule appointments and organize patient charts.
- Answer patients’ queries and ensure quality customer service
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of patient interactions and transactions

**Requirements**:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Customer-oriented communication skills
- Currently looking for Saturdays only with opportunity to expand

Bloor Park Physiotherapy is an equal opportunity employer.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
