- Greet and assist patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide relevant information to patients.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality and accuracy of information.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient care.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain clinic cleanliness.
- Handle billing and payment processing tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience working in Physiotherapy clinic.
- Knowledge of **universal software**
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
- Knowledge of **EHC (Extended Health Care), WSIB (Workplace Safety and Insurance Board), and MVA (Motor Vehicle Accident) billing processes**
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.50-$23.77 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON M5B 2A5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
