**SUMMARY**: The individual in this position is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the technical service administration department. This includes retrieval of usage meters from devices under contract, invoicing customers for their usage, and entering and maintenance of customer contracts. This individual will coordinate and direct technical staff regarding customer service calls and machine deliveries, which involves call recording, data entry, call assignment, billing and maintaining inventory counts.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work with ImageWare Remote, PrintSolve and other Auto meter read

programs - FM Audit.
- Invoicing meter usage and other forms of service billings.
- Maintaining an accurate customer database.
- Data entry and maintenance of contracts.
- Scanning and filing of contracts and other documents.
- Coordinating machine deliveries and pick-ups.
- Answering incoming service calls, perform basic trouble shooting and record

nature of problem
- Processing of customer consumable orders, toner, parts, etc.
- Immediate back-up for dispatch.
- Recording service calls
- Assigning calls to technicians
- Entering service call data
- All other duties assigned**Health and Safety**:

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour
