Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
- Conduct vehicle inspections and accurately document customer concerns
- Provide recommendations and estimates for necessary repairs and maintenance
- Schedule service appointments and coordinating service timelines
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicle and any additional repairs needed
- Invoice customer and process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history

**Skills**:

- Excellent problem solving abilities and attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask effectively
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes preferred
- Basic mechanical knowledge to effectively communicate with technicians
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
