**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Gather and evaluate business requirements by use of analytic skills and personal rapport with business department heads.
- Verify the correct system program operations by conducting testing and completing any modifications to program operations per testing results.
- Maintain workplace professionalism and contribution to team-related efforts.
- Follow programming guidelines and corporate business policies and procedures.
- Provide technical support and solutions.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- IT Certification/Diploma/Degree, is preferred.
- A minimum of 5+ years working with SQL and DB2.
- Preferred 5+ years working in an IBM AS400 or IBMi, RPG, RPGLE, RPG-FREE, CL, and Query.
- A background working with accounting, financial, and insurance practices is an asset.
- Fluent in English with proven competencies in verbal and written communication is required.
- Successful completion of employment, credit, criminal, and education background checks including employer reference and verification before employment is required.
