Job Title: CGSB Eddy Current Technician Specialist

As a CGSB Eddy Current Technician Specialist, you will work with a team of skilled employees and certified technicians operating in our 100 offices worldwide.

Position Summary:

Mistras is seeking a full-time Eddy Current Technician Specialist for various projects across Western Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Eddy Current Level II inspections using various techniques, including surface and tube inspections.
  • Conduct Remote Field Testing (RFT) and Near Field (NFT/NFA) testing.
  • Maintain positive working relations with co-workers and clients.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and a strong work ethic.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements:

  • CGSB ET Level II Certification with Tube Inspection or Surface Inspection experience.
  • Experience with Surface (including array) testing, Conventional bobbin coil technique, Array technique, RFT technique, NFT/NFA testing, and other electro-magnetic and ultrasonic testing techniques.
