Job Title: Flooring Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Specialist to join our team at Richmond Consulting Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining high-quality flooring solutions.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, with opportunities for growth and professional development. As a Flooring Specialist, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver customized flooring solutions that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare surfaces for tile installation by measuring, marking, and cleaning.
  • Mix and apply adhesives to ensure a strong bond between tiles and surfaces.
  • Cut and fit tiles around obstacles and openings using hand and power cutting tools.
  • Install tile strips and lay mosaic tiles to create decorative designs.
  • Pack grout into joints and remove excess grout to achieve a smooth finish.
Work Environment and Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a secondary school diploma and at least one year of experience in flooring installation. You must be physically fit, able to handle heavy loads, and have good hand-eye coordination. We offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
