About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Asphalt Specialist to join our team at Canada Roofing & Renos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting skilled tradespersons in various roofing tasks, including loading and unloading construction materials, removing rubble and debris, cutting materials using power tools or by hand, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading construction materials on-site
  • Removing rubble and other debris from construction sites
  • Cutting materials using power tools or by hand
  • Assisting skilled tradespersons with roofing tasks
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and in noisy environments
  • Manual dexterity and ability to handle heavy loads (up to 23 kg / 50 lbs)
Work Environment

This role involves working in urban and rural areas, with various locations throughout the region. As an Asphalt Specialist, you can expect to spend most of your time outdoors, regardless of the weather conditions.
