This position will be the system administrator supporting the implementation, continuous improvement and on-going support. This position will also be responsible for administering the central POS system in support of enterprise sales activity. Primary duties include product management, configuration and provisioning; user management and provisioning; first and second level operational support; process testing; and quality assurance testing.

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
- Maintain accurate and current rate information as well as any pertinent information related to products.
- Coordinate with Revenue Accounting to ensure accurate and timely revenue flow throughout the winter, summer and pass sales seasons.
- Be accessible to managers, supervisors and front-line staff for product setup issues as well as product troubleshooting.
- Play a key role as a ERP/POS technical expert and system administrator
- Work collaboratively with team members to troubleshoot and resolve ERP/POS Finance and Operations/ERP issues
- Provide guidance for system changes and enhancements
- Review software upgrades and patching and complete deployment testing
- Ensure the accurate setup and maintenance of POS products such as, but not limited to: analysis of prior offers, product development, pricing, technical configuration, menu maintenance, product availability
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the resort's seasonal business in order to anticipate and plan for upcoming product development in advance of sales initiatives and seasonal start-up.
- Development of product setup SOPs and QA testing to ensure successful, efficient product setup.
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of all interface systems to ensure correct revenue flow through all systems

**WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?**
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and aptitude to learn a variety of new technologies required
- 3+ years' experience with ERP/POS for Operations preferred
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with a mentoring work style and passion for delivering high quality service to internal customers.
- Strong analytic skills and hands-on attention to detail.
- Formal Education equivalent to four years of college education, technical school or other specialized training with emphasis in one or all of the following: Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or Service Industry point of sale management (ticketing, passes, ski school, or activities POS) is an asset
