**Mission**
The Corporate Revenue Manager is responsible for the integrity of the corporate fare offering, validating the optimal mix of products, retail and other optional ancillary services. The Corporate Revenue Manager understands and analyzes pricing dynamics, customer price sensitivity and market demands of corporate customers and their travel policies.
**Responsibilities**
- Implement price and demand strategies and segmentation by product type and point of sale for each of the corporate accounts (over 6000 corporate accounts system wide).
- Conduct pricing audits to ensure optimal class usage, channel and product contracts for both the economy and premium cabins.
- Collaborate with Sales and Revenue management to develop continuous pricing improvements to increase revenues for global accounts network wide.
- Study competitive and market trends and take appropriate actions to grow local revenue share
Give feedback on the Sales Incentive Agreements and other incentive offers to grow corporate demand.
- Conduct audits to gain knowledge on Corporate booking tools as this is the fastest developing area within travel trade.
- Expand corporate reach with customized pricing products and pricing models with the small and medium size business team.
- Responsible for Air Canada pricing integrity and appropriate displays in RESIII and the Web in support of the distribution/channel strategies.
- Expand global reach through interline by offering more connecting markets within the corporate agreement.
- Steer the fare implementation team to ensure fare integrity along with prioritization of filed contracts.
- Work in conjunction with accounting to resolve any billing disputes to minimize debit memos for agencies.
- Master the various MI tools to formulate all analysis required
- Participate in the development of enhancements to the various reporting tools used for the use of growing corporate and "for business" travel.
**Qualifications**
- University degree required. Studies in mathematics, economics, accounting, business or statistics would be an asset
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Good business/commercial orientation and experience and willingto learn Air Canada's internal systems and processes.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and to prioritize heavy workloads and tight deadlines
- Strong analytical, leadership, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to work accurately at micro levels of detail while summarizing the issues at a macro level.
- Analytical approach to problem solving with the ability to be precise with numbers**Conditions of Employment**:
