**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and provide assistance with product selection and inquiries.
- Educate customers about the features, benefits, and specifications of electric bikes and electric scooters.
- Demonstrate product functionalities and conduct test rides to showcase the performance and handling of our electric bikes and scooters.
- Assist customers in choosing the right electric bike or scooter based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability to customers and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system and maintain proper documentation of sales records.
- Upsell additional accessories, warranties, and service packages to enhance the customer experience and increase sales revenue.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including product displays, signage, and promotional materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product releases, and competitive offerings to effectively communicate product differentiation and value propositions to customers.
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales targets, meet performance metrics, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the bicycle, scooter, or outdoor recreational industry.
- Knowledge and passion for electric bikes, electric scooters, and sustainable transportation solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive and customer-centric attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment and multitask efficiently.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, perform test rides, and assist customers with product demonstrations.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changes in product offerings, industry trends, and customer preferences.

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
