Ecommerce / Sales Associate

**About Us**:
Bike Depot opened its doors 35 years ago in Toronto with an idea - to share our love for cycling with everyone Since then, with the support of our customers, we have opened locations in Thornhill and recently opened in Pickering (in 2016). Our hope is to keep growing and helping everyone find the bike they love.

**Responsibilities**:
We are in search of an E-Commerce & Sales Associate for vital roles in the store by helping customers and managing our online stores and sales. Having the ability to briefly assess a bike, some mechanical skills with a willingness to learn and a passion for cycling and outdoors are plus. Good communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work in teams in a fast-paced environment is vital.

**Requirements**:

- Keeping our website updated to new products and pricing.
- Sourcing items, packing and preparing of online orders.
- Processing online orders and notifying customers as well as organizing store pick-up and shipping of online orders.
- Communicating and co-ordinating between stores for any item or stock transfers.
- Communicating with the team and our customers in a polite and professional manner.
- To have the willingness to listen and the ability to build lasting relationships with our customers.
- Cashing out customers with a smile along with the best customer service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Shop Manager.
- Basic bike knowledge is considered a plus.
