**About the role**
We’re looking for a Unit Claims Manager, Property, to join our growing team
**What you'll do here**:
- Contribute to the achievement of corporate and regional objectives by measuring the performance of their team, ensuring the quality of claims processing, the level of compliance with standards, procedures and productivity.
- Manage the activities of their team by organizing, planning and controlling the optimal use of human, financial and material resources according to the budget, while promoting teamwork and providing technical training.
- Management of team handling a variety of complex claims with a focus on commercial lines claims
- Participate in the improvement of operational processes
- Make decisions for their team regarding the processing of claims and the payment of indemnities in accordance with company standards.
- Promote the brand image and business principles to partners.
- Conduct active file reviews throughout the year.
**What you bring to the table**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 3 years of experience as an adjuster
- At least 2 years of team management experience
- Strong knowledge of personal and commercial lines property claims management
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge
- Cares about people
