As the first Product Marketing Manager at NeuraFlash, you will drive go-to-market initiatives for NeuraFlash's growing suite of Salesforce AppExchange and Amazon Marketplace products and packages. Utilizing a wide range of marketing techniques in tight collaboration with our VP of Marketing, you will create messaging that drives the opportunity pipeline and promotes our products to existing and potential customers across several industries. In addition, this person will need to stay close with the sales organization and product leadership from our partners, to always have a forward-thinking roadmap in future releases and products to take advantage of the market opportunities and create continuous differentiation for NeuraFlash.

The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for product launches, GTM strategy, value propositions, videos, demos, customer renewals, awareness, and more.

AS PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

- Develop go-to-market strategy for new and existing products
- Ensure our existing and new customers renew their license agreements, take advantage of new features, and add-on additional products from NeuraFlash
- Train Sales team members on product features
- Educate and create high awareness of the broader Salesforce, Amazon, and other markets
- Continue to create differentiation for our products and the NeuraFlash brand
- Stay close to the sales, CSG, and delivery teams as well as our technology partners
- Present to executives and stakeholders on product launches and value propositions
- Understand customers' needs and challenges and create targeted campaigns and launches
- Partner with sales, product, and other cross functional teams to drive alignment on new releases

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Driven leader that is excited about the product opportunities with Salesforce/Amazon and others
- 5+ years of product marketing or product GTM strategy experience
- Background in Product Marketing or related field within the Salesforce and/or Amazon AWS CRM space
- Strong ability to identify and utilize customer needs to tell an inspiring story about our product solution
- Confident presentation and training skills in front of all organizational levels
- Hands-on experience and willingness to create content strategies and lead their execution
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the internal NeuraFlash product teams
- Collaborates well with all of the NeuraFlash key stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Managed Services, and Delivery
- Build strong relationships with product leadership at Salesforce and Amazon
