**Product Marketing Manager**:

This position can be based out of our headquarters in beautiful Vancouver, BC or from home anywhere in North America.

If you are fired up about writing and distributing content through channels that DevOps Managers, VPs of Engineering and CISOs love and trust while building a test-report-repeat cycle to optimize all of our messaging, this is the role for you.

**About the Position**:
This person will be responsible for taking our existing messaging to market, refining, and iterating on that messaging, and figuring out the right combination of persona and message that builds both brand and pipeline in the supply chain security space. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of our top-level product/value messaging, feature launch campaigns, sales enablement materials and training, and our social media channels. You will work closely with the rest of the marketing and product teams to develop content strategy for campaigns and relentlessly look for ways to double down on what’s working to drive our brand name up in recognition as the leader in secure open source integration.

Qualified applicants must have rich experience in building out and testing high-level messaging against multiple personas, collecting both qualitative and quantitative feedback on message resonance, and working with product teams to bridge the gap from “speeds and feeds” to conversations that drive dollars.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the development and execution of messaging campaigns designed to provoke a response and determine how our value is resonating with prospects and what messaging builds brand vs drives immediate pipeline.
- Drive brand and build recognition through organic social media posting - we don’t want our only posts to be about upcoming webinars (boring). We want to set the tone and carve our name into the supply chain security space.
- Work closely with the Product team to maintain a feature release calendar and strategy that enables us to push Alpha, Beta, and GA features, educate the sales team on the positioning of those features, and solicit feedback from the open market and our install and prospect base as it makes sense.
- Speak to customers - all the time - and build out a library of case studies, ROI, and validate value-hypotheses to expedite the feedback process on GTM messaging.
- Collaborate with the VP of Sales and RevOps Manager to ensure alignment on data hygiene, best practices for reporting, and feedback collection from our sales team.
- Build structured and measurable sales enablement materials that will help certify knowledge for SDRs, AEs, and AMs via a curriculum or ongoing education series.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience focused on content marketing, product marketing, or brand marketing for a B2B product, ideally targeting technical buyers and influencers.
- Experience managing message testing across channels and campaigns - building historical data, creating a hypothesis, running to desired sample size or time duration, and analyzing results to determine the next set of tests.
- Experience developing educational, internal-facing content to get product, marketing, and sales aligned and “singing the same tune” when it comes to message delivery.
- Strong project management, organizational skills, process management, and vendor-facing abilities for budget and legal negotiation.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful multichannel campaigns that incorporate full-funnel content, multiple personas, key experiments, and lessons learned to drive feedback loops.
- Experience managing contractors or FTEs a plus (not required).
