**In a typical day, YOU will**:

- Demonstrate safe, environmentally sound and healthy work behaviours at all times, in support of Toromont’s Health and Safety Policies, Programs and initiatives
- Leads and oversees recruiting programs with a focus on: Indigenous communities, Leadership pipelines (Interns, and Future Leaders), and others as identified
- Develops with Marketing, branding to effectively promote Toromont and attract top talent from these strategic recruiting areas
- Be the key liaison between key stakeholders to ensure Toromont is an employer of choice for talent
- Proactively identifies opportunities, makes recommendations and implements initiatives to ensure key Recruiting metrics are met

**Must-haves for this role**:

- 5 years of experience in Human Resources including a focus in recruiting programs, processes and systems
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills;
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships in support of business objectives
- Strategic orientation, effective organizational skills, motivated and with ability to adapt to changing priorities
