Bas Specialist

**The Role**: We are seeking ambitious and self-motivated individuals to join our Project Manager Development Program as a BAS Specialist. BAS Specialists will support the project team in the completion of projects. Your role will involve reviewing engineering specifications, completing shop drawings, programming, graphics and on-site commissioning.

The role is a career track to becoming a Project Manager at Setpoint. Project Managers at Setpoint are granted significant autonomy and are ultimately responsible for completing the entire scope of a BAS project.

**Responsibilities**
- On-site Support _
- Support installation crews with the installation and commissioning of projects
- Performing service calls for customers to troubleshoot BAS and software issues
- Deliver parts and materials as they are required
- Engineering and Design_
- Review mechanical drawings and project specifications
- Support Project Managers with the design of BAS systems
- Support the completion of Shop Drawings and As-Built documentation
- Programming & Graphics _
- Support Project Managers in programming BAS systems
- Support Project Managers in the creation of graphical interfaces for the BAS system

**Qualifications**
- Basic knowledge of mechanical or BAS systems
- A strong desire to develop and learn
- Has demonstrated a history of self-learning and self-improvement
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated
- Knowledge of IT systems is a plus but not required
- A degree or certificate in mechanical systems, building automation, electrical systems or a related field is a plus but not mandatory

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
