**What you will do**:

- Establish credit lines for individual accounts making all credit arrangements in accordance with established company policy and terms
- Analyze and interpret statements as needed
- Utilize credit reporting services to compile reports related to the credit history of potential customers
- Monitor ongoing customer & portfolio risk
- Collect all receivables in accordance to company policy and collection strategy from customer
- Review and approve any terms changes for customers
- Make customer visits to high risk & high profile accounts
- Prepare analysis reports and monitor compliance with established goals
- Perform other duties as required

**What you will bring**:

- Degree in Agriculture, finance, accounting, business management or a combination of related experience and education will be considered
- 2+ years experience in finance or related business function
- Ability to lead by example and collaborate effectively
- Ability to prioritize and deliver on commitments
- Strong focus on Continuous Improvement and a proven track record
- Ability and comfort to speak, facilitate and communicate with all corporate levels and teams, from staff to executive, internal customers, IT, and vendors in a global and multi-cultural environment
- Experience/ability to identify issues, find appropriate solutions, and engage appropriate resources at any level
