Nurun is looking for a bilingual intermediate Digital Project Manager to join our team; leading the design of meaningful and intuitive solutions that solve complex problems for our clients and their customers. You will do so by gathering research insights, exploring design concepts, and crafting and prototyping beautiful interfaces that drive measurable results.
**Job Description** What is the role?**

To excel in this position, we expect you to possess technological expertise and a deep understanding of how technology can contribute to our business objectives. You should have a systematic approach and exceptional time management abilities. Effective communication skills are crucial as you will collaborate with diverse teams in your role.

Ultimately, you should be able to manage and deliver our projects’ digital lifecycle within quality, time and budget requirements.
**Qualifications** What we’d like from you?**
- Proven work experience in related role (+5 years)
- Excellent organization and time management skills to define and orchestrate priorities
- Communication and team management skills
- Strong understanding of Content Management systems and web development technologies & concepts (APIs, Backend, Frontend, infra, Analytics, Web Accessibility, etc)
- Understand the clients’ environment and goals, and provide strategic responses based on the needs of the industry
- Develop and maintain solid business relationships with our clients and that all stakeholders involved have the right level of information regarding ongoing project and work
- Hands-on experience with project management tools like PPM tools, MS Project, Merlin, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana
- Use strategies for continuous improvement, align projects with the company’s mission, and adequately prioritize projects.
- Identify projects in trouble or at risk, work on a recovery plan with the key project stakeholders
- Possesses advanced proficiency in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Digital & Development agency experience (an asset).
- PMP, PSM, CSM certifications (an asset)
