CloudRaker is looking for a Tech Project Manager to help us create innovative products and exceptional digital experiences for our clients. We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who loves taking on new challenges, is comfortable managing long-term digital product-based projects and has unmatched organisational skills. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can manage product builds, collaborating closely with strategists, product owners, designers, and developers to deliver cutting-edge products with extensive capabilities.

**Your day-to-day**:

- Plan, organise and execute strategic and tactical digital projects;
- Create workback schedules and budgets for the production and development of tech products and projects, and ensure they are respected;
- Define the organisational structure of the production team assigned to the project;
- Define and manage the associated risk analysis and mitigation plans;
- Revise and authorise operational changes to a project (schedule, budget, scope);
- Keep the schedule of all CloudRaker projects and their delivery dates up to date;
- Contribute to building a relationship of trust with clients, provide guidance, challenge ideas, and bring forward new opportunities;
- Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders;
- Outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for the business and relate back to product objectives;
- Assist the account director in negotiating and maintaining business relationships with suppliers;
- Ensure the strategic and artistic direction established by the team are respected;
- Define and direct the quality assurance (QA) process;
- Strive to always learn from completed projects by organising and drafting post-mortems.

**You have**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- An understanding of app development lifecycles and a solid technical grasp on development processes;
- Excellent communication skills in English and French;
- The ability to juggle multiple projects and know how to prioritise;
- A passion for staying informed about web, mobile, and digital media trends, current and future;
- An understanding of relational entities and databases, an analytical mindset;
- Experience in UX or UI (nice-to-have) ;
- Experience coding in the past (nice-to-have)
- Experience with retail clients (nice-to-have)
- Agency experience (nice-to have)
