- Leverage reporting and dashboards in Salesforce to identify who is not compliant.
- Use data entry to record various COI into salesforce.
- Execute the contract process from creation to completion.
- Communicate with Service Partners effectively in a manner that teaches them about risk so that they either turn in the proper insurance or invest in the proper insurance.
- Send the contract to the correct service partners through DocuSign.
- Escalate issues to the Sr. Manager of Compliance if there is a delay or problem with advancing the contract through the process.
- Responsible for the insurance compliance process of Service Partners to ensure that standards are met, and that checks are on hold when they are not met.
- Collaborate with insurance agents to help the Service Partners achieve the desired result.
- Participate in projects to assist with reports and managing incidents that involve property damage, slip and fall claims, wage determination audits, Avetta audits, accuracy and transition of data from client portals.
- Assist in managing and executing compliance if Case/LFX elects to enter a new service line such as but not limited to janitorial, line striping, paving, sealcoating, or HVAC.
- Submit stop service and termination letters to service partners as needed.
- Work independently and exercise independent judgment, to lead projects following tight deadlines. This includes the goal of 95% by November 1st.
- Extract data out of various platforms to identify compliance related trends. *Competencies

- Self-starter, forward thinking & adaptable to quick policy changes.
- Proficient with MS Office, DocuSign, and general technology.
- Ability to engage in “high-stakes” conversations with revenue on the table for the Service Partner involved.
- Ability to articulate complexities well both in and outside of the department. *Supervisory Responsibility* None *Work Environment* This job operates in a professional office environment. This position requires extensive computer use in an office environment. *Position Type / Expected Hours of Work* This is a full-time, salaried position, working 40+ hours Monday - Friday with occasional weekend work required as dictated by the needs of the business. *Travel* No travel is required in this position. *Required Education and Experience*
- Related Experience
- 1 - 3 years of experience in office administration
- 1 - 3 years of experience with accurate data entry
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
