**IT Contract Specialist Role**:
Looking for a contract specialist responsible for Change Order creation and processing to include working with clients, understanding business requirements, collaborating with technical teams as well as negotiating the terms and preparing the final document.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare Change Orders to include business and technical requirements
- Collaborate with legal team to review and edit
- Work closely with client to ensure alignment and discipline on next steps
- Ensure that the terms of contractual agreements written in language that is legally binding and in accordance with client process
- Review contract terms and conditions to verify that they are in compliance with company frameworks and client contracts
- Self-monitor progress according to the schedule of completion to submit drafts and documents in a timely manner
- Proofread, edit, and fact-check legal documents for accuracy and consistency, according to contractual requirements
- Work with all internal delivery units to ensure complete solution and pricing

**Qualifications and Experience requirements**:

- A communications professional with a strong IT background who knows how to interpret business requirements
- A technical contract/proposal writer (experience working with legal to review technology contracts would be a plus but not a must)
- Someone who knows how to write IT Project Change Request/Proposals. Hence, a good understanding of IT implementation would help.
- This is predominantly a client facing role, hence, we need someone with a strong relationship management, problem solving and negotiating skills.
- Knowledge of current and legally-binding contractual language and terminology
- Willingness to work virtually or in an office setting
- Ability to identify, analyze, and suggest solutions for problems, customer complaints, and client concerns
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including an impeccable mastery of the English language
- Clear adherence to company policies and procurement rules and regulations
- Great organization skills and strong attention to details. the ability to multitask on several projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of negotiation best practices, both in-person and in written form, that considers cultural norms and the client's best interests
- 5+ years of working experience in IT consulting and outsourcing services
